• A standard service call rate of $125 applies unless otherwise agreed.
   
• Emergency or after-hours calls may incur additional charges.
   
• Final pricing may vary based on scope, materials, and unforeseen circumstances, which will be discussed before work proceeds.
   

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a fee.

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• We accept cash, credit card, and check
   
• Late or non-payment may result in collection actions or additional fees.
   

We stand by our workmanship and aim for customer satisfaction.

• Most work includes a limited labor warranty (typically 1 year) unless stated otherwise in writing.
   
• Manufacturer warranties apply to parts or equipment used.

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms or engaging in threatening or inappropriate behavior.
